The foster care legislation, the Preventing Sex Trafficking and Improving Opportunities for Youth in Foster Care Act (HR 4058), is a bipartisan measure introduced by HR Subcommittee Chairman Reichert and Ranking Member Doggett, as well as many other Members of the Committee.
