H.R. 1419: The Social Security Fraud and Error Prevention Act of 2015

The Social Security Faud and Error Prevention Act of 2015, introduced by Social Security Subcommittee Ranking Member Xavier Becerra (D-CA), would provide the Social Security Administration with the most cost-effective tools to combat fraud and errors and guarantee funding to the Social Security Administration’s fraud investigation team.
