Status: Passed the House on December 8th 2009, by recorded vote: 241-181 Roll no. 943.  The Senate amended the legislation and passed it on March 10, 2010.  The House passed an amendment to the Senate amendment on May 28, 2010. The Senate passed an amendment to the House amendment to the Senate amendment on July 21, 2010.  The House passed H.R. 4213 on July 22, 2010 by a vote of 272-152. President Obama signed the legislation on July 22, 2010.
